The Celtic Carnyx, an ancient war trumpet used by the Celts from around 200 BC to 200 AD. An instrument of psychological warfare; its loud and eerie sound was designed to intimidate enemies on the battlefield. The Roman army feared it. https://t.co/FktGsvEfhe
